Regarding membership registration and changes

Regardless of the spam filter settings, there are many cases where carrier email (mobile email) services such as au, SoftBank, docomo, and Y!mobile do not deliver emails correctly.

We recommend registering your account using an email address such as Gmail or iCloud.

You can register and edit your information on My Page or the purchase procedure screen.

Regarding My Page

There is a field for your address on your PC [on the right side of your My Page] and on your smartphone [at the bottom of your My Page].
Click on "Manage delivery addresses" and you can add an address by clicking "Add new address" or edit the input information by clicking "Edit".

We will process your cancellation (deletion), so please check your membership registration information, clearly state your name, registered address, telephone number, and registered email address, and contact us via the inquiry form to request cancellation.

About logging in

If you have forgotten your registered email address, please register as a new member as the secretariat will not disclose your registered email address to you.

Please reissue your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.

About orders

This site only allows purchases after you have registered as a member.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not accept cancellations or changes to the product, payment method, delivery date, or delivery address due to your convenience.
Please check the order details on the order confirmation screen before completing your order to ensure there are no errors.

We will automatically send you an email immediately after you place your order, but depending on your email address and environment, the email may be automatically sorted into spam, so please check.
